Brief

IT Special Economic ZoneSpread over 25.27 acres, Ramanujan IT City, is strategically located at the heart of Chennai’s Southern business district at Taramani - the gateway to the city’s rapidly developing IT Corridor. It  is also in  close proximity to all  modes of transport like the MRTS( local train), buses, international and domestic airport, key residential areas, shopping districts, schools and the beach ,thus offering a harmonious work life balance for all. Designed by world-renowned US architects SOM, Skidmore Owings & Merrill and constructed by Leighton of Australia, Ramanujan IT City is being developed in a phased manner.

It is divided into two parts –the processing zone and the non processing zone. The processing zone   has 4.5 million sq. feet of office space with 5 levels of car park, 2 ½ acres of lush greenery, landscaped podiums with informal seating, a Zen garden, amenities like a Food Court, Bank, ATMs , Gymnasium etc and covered walkways connecting all towers. Currently Six buildings, Hardy Tower, Carr Tower, Neville Tower, Littlewood Tower, Cambridge & Infinity are fully occupied and operational by some of the top companies of the world. Some of our current tenants include Cognizant, HP, TCS, Infosys, Mindtree, CITI, Fidelity, Pershing, AstraZeneca, Cisco, Wipro, Sitel, Latentview, Wolters Kluwer, Disys, Radial Technologies, GE, Thryve, Societe Generale, Agilysys, Philips, ASG etc.

Ramanujan IT City employs fundamental principles of sustainability and aims to establish new standards for innovative sustainable design strategies. Pre certified as per LEED Gold Guidelines, the other key features include 100% power back up, access control and video surveillance and international fire alarm systems. There is also a professional property & facility management process certified with Quality management systems (ISO 9001 2008), Environment management systems (ISO 14001 2004), Occupational Health and Safety Assessment series (OHSAS18001 2007) and Energy management systems (ISO 50001 2011)
